Payment and cancellation of service

1. By ordering any subscription on coinpov.com (including a free trial period), you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms of Use.
2. The service is billed in advance monthly (30 days).
3. If you do'nt renew the service before your current paid-up period ends, your subscription will remain active but without assigned tools.
There are no refunds for upgrades to a more expensive plan.
There are no refunds for any purchases paid using crypto.

4. You agree that CoinPov may, without prior notice, immediately terminate, limit your access to or suspend your CoinPov account, any associated email address, and access to the CoinPov services. Cause for such termination, limitation of access or suspension shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the Terms of Use or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b)requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) discontinuance or material modification to the CoinPov services (or any part thereof), (d) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, (e) extended periods of inactivity, (f) and/or engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities. Further, you agree that all terminations, limitations of access and suspensions for cause shall be made in CoinPov's sole discretion and that CoinPov shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the CoinPov services.
5. By creating an account with CoinPov, you agree that CoinPov can use your email address to send you marketing materials, service-related notices, important information messages, special offers, etc. You can unsubscribe from this by clicking on the link provided in the emails.

Limitation of liability

You expressly understand and agree that CoinPov and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, cost of procurement of substitute goods or services, or other intangible losses (even if CoinPov has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

Any changes made to the service, price or any temporary or permanent cessation of the service or any part thereof;
The use, disclosure, or display of your user-generated content;
The unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
The deletion of, corruption of, or failure to store and/or send or receive your transmissions or data on or through the service;
Statements or conduct of any third party on the service;
And any other matter relating to the service.
